There is an Ordnance Survey map for each walk clearly marked with numbers to help you navigate. Just follow the walks starting at number 
Locations for recommended parking for each walk is also given and indicated by a 
symbol on the map.
We suggest appropriate footwear should be worn as some parts of the walks can be muddy in wet weather.
Some of the walks are on country lanes and roads so although traffic will be light on most, please take care.
Distances are provided to help you navigate the routes but note they are all approximate.
At the time of writing, all walks are dog friendly but please respect any local signage especially around children’s playgrounds and keep your dog on a lead in fields where there are livestock.
There may be some restrictions for dogs on beaches at certain times of the year.
